The video outline for comments is such a good idea. I have been have many of the same issues you described especially the English deviation. I also will include that the link that is left needs to point to a site written in English or at lease have the Google translator installed. Some comments have been left for us that were in English but linked to a website in a different language. When comments and their accompanying links are approved, that is somewhat of an endorsement of the site content. Thanks for a great idea of the video for comment clarification. Hope you don't mind if we follow your example!
