Here’s how it works
Select the hours that best suits your needs. You aren’t locked into a package every month. If you need 15 hours one month and 10 hours the next month, that’s perfectly fine. There is a 5 hour monthly minimum.

Why do you request payment upfront?
Clients who pay in full get our undivided attention. Simply put, this gives you the assurance of knowing there is dedicated time for completion of your work for that month.

 

What if I don’t use all the hours I purchased?
If you invest in the Business or Executive level you have 31 to 45 days from the date of purchase to use your hours.

 

Why can’t I roll over my hours at the Professional level?
If you don’t have a need for at least 5 hours per month then you aren’t our ideal client.

 

How do you keep track of your hours worked?
We use a time tracking tool to monitor time down to the minute, create time sheets and invoices.

 

How are payments accepted?
Payments are accepted through Paypal only. Gift cards are extra Smile.

 


Why are your rates so high?
We’re professionals. If you think our rates are high, try working with an amateur.

 

Are you always available?
No! We do have personal lives and enjoy them. With that said, there will always be someone to personally work on your project and you can always contact us through email.

 

How do you communicate with clients?
Our preferred method of communication is email. It’s fast and can be accessed from the laptop or any of our mobile devices. There may be times when email won’t suffice, in that case we’ll communicate via Skype.

 

Is your work guaranteed?
Yes it is. We pride ourselves working diligently to serve our clients. Of course we may not be able to please everyone. In that case, if we find that our partnership is not a good fit them we will refund up to 50% of your fee.
