Embracing Your Feminine Qualities For Network Marketing Success

by golda on March 7, 2011

With the majority of distributors in the network marketing and direct sales being women it only makes sense that we understand how to speak the language. I see so many women loose their voice when it comes to marketing because they are trying to mimic what the guys are doing. But ladies, we aren't guys. We have our own language and it's beautiful. If you want to have success in network marketing, then you need to embrace your femininity. We have our own way of getting the job done and we need to embrace that. Women…we love to connect, we love to build relationships, we love to give. Remember, when it comes to marketing, people want to connect with a real person and the best person that you can be is yourself. I think that mom's are and can be some of the best out there simply because we have to sell our ideas to our children everyday. Think about it, we get them to clean their rooms, make their beds, brush their teeth, play nicely with their siblings, do their homework, take a nap and we usually accomplish this without pulling our hair out! That takes talent, skill and compassion. It requires that motherly touch that only…sorry guys, we women possess.

What's All This Girl Talk Have To Do With Network Marketing Success?

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of having one of my favorite bloggers and fellow mompreneurs, Heather Stephens, be a guest trainer on M.O.D.E.L. Training. Now Heather is a Rockstar Mom who definitely brings femininity to her marketing. On our call, Heather spoke directly to you, my fellow WAHMs and those that desire to be, she spoke our language. talked about marketing like a girl and broke down what that meant. If you somehow missed that call, you 're in luck . All you have to do is click the link below. It's about 47 minutes so get comfortable. What I know for sure is that in an industry dominated by women, we should be fully comfortable embracing our femininity and expressing it through our marketing. It's not only refreshing, it's much needed.

Hey Golda, I loved 'reading' the post.  I think that tomorrow after I've got the kids up, showered them, brushed their teeth, got them dressed, fed and all the things we women do so well… not to mention get their backpacks packed, and deliver them to school, I'm coming right back here to listen to your awesome audio.
I can't wait and I loved the post.  It pumped me up just reading it, so I can hardly listen to the recording you produced.
Thanks for reminding us that we are women… hear us roar!

Hi Golda,
I want to say you a social worker for women or women's advocate. You are doing a great job for the half of the population of this planet.
Yes, women are proved good marketers than men.

From a guy to a gal…..I totally agree Golda. There are certain things you lovely ladies can rule at and we guys have to take a step back and just take a bow.
Go girls.
