1-1 Online Training with Golda

Get fit with Golda’s one-on-one personal training sessions – now online! You will have one-on-one training time with Golda via your tablet, computer or smart phone.

Online video chat clients like FaceTime, Skype or Google Hangouts make virtual training SO easy! You get to train from the comfort of your personal space and this video meeting technology makes it just as if Golda is right there with you!

My Online NO gym required training program is designed to work with your lifestyle. All workouts will consist of using free weights as well as your own body weight. YOUR body is your gym! You will also be given a small list of supplies you will need during our time together.

 

Who is One-on-One Online Personal Training for?

  • Someone who is committed to their personalized physical health plan for 3 months minimally.
  • Someone who doesn’t feel comfortable at the gym.
  • Someone who needs a step by step guidance to achieve health.
  • Someone who is willing to invest in themselves.
  • Someone who wants to have increased confidence.
  • Someone who wants to get healthy naturally.

New clients may purchase a 20 minute introductory session. If we like working with each other, further sessions can be purchased in packages of 4 weeks (12 sessions) or 8 weeks (24 sessions) and are approximately 30 minutes.

  • 3 new functional workouts each week that you can do anywhere
  • Consultation phone call
  • Skype check in call OR text
  • Weekly email check ins
  • Meal plan (suggested)
