The moment I finally realized that it was indeed a privilege to wake up in a healthy body each and every day, I finally began to appreciate and love my body for the miracle it is.

I stopped the on again off again relationship I had with exercise. Do you understand what I mean? Starting a workout full force only to burn out and fall completely off the wagon. In addition, although my diet was pretty good, I still had so much to learn with regards to portion control, nutrient timing and toxins.

As I began to tweak my nutrition, develop a consistent workout routine and work on my mindset changes began to happen and it was much more than physical changes. I was smiling more, sleeping better, and being more productive. People began to notice and wanted to know what I was doing.

What’s the “secret”? Lean in and I’ll tell you. Are you listening? Here it is…there is NO secret! There is NO easy button. It starts with a decision to make this a lifestyle.

So here we are. Do you realize that this is the only body you will have in this life? You deserve to live in the strongest body, with the healthiest mindset right now! It’s not a matter of vanity…it is the desire of the one who created you.
